This week we welcomed our newest member of the TimeKeeper team! Niamh is joining us as Customer Success Executive, and will be your first port of call to assist with any issues, queries or feedback about the TimeKeeper system.

We're all about real human support here and not robots, so we asked Niamh some quickfire questions to get to know her...

What are you most passionate about? 

I'm passionate about helping people find simple efficient solutions that make their day run smoother - whether that's through great customer support or smart time management.

If you had to rewatch a movie every day, which movie would you pick?  

Definitely 'Death Become Her'. I love it's dark humour, clever storyline, and the unforgettable performance. It never gets old!

Which country is on the top of your travel bucket list?  

Japan! I'd love to experience the culture, food and mix of modern cities and beautiful traditional spots.

Tea or coffee?  

I'm more of a dilute drinker but I'm trying to get into green tea because of it's benefits.

Would you rather be able to talk to animals or speak every language fluently? 

Talk to animals, in particular my labrador.

What 3 things would you take to a desert island?  

A good book, a solar powered music player, and a hammock! If I'm stranded, I might as well make it relaxing.

What are you most excited about in your new role?  

I'm most excited about connecting with customers and helping them to get the most out of TimeKeeper. It's rewarding to know I can make their workday easier and more organised.
