Introducing our Customer Success Manager

This week we welcomed our newest member of the TimeKeeper team! Penelope is joining us as Customer Success Manager, and will be your first port of call to assist with any issues, queries or feedback about the TimeKeeper system.

We're all about real human support here and not robots, so we asked Penelope some quickfire questions to get to know her...

What are you most passionate about?

I'm a huge foodie - I've been vegan for 8 years, and I love experimenting with new recipes (some more successful than others!). I also love live music, and I'm at my happiest at a gig.

If you had to rewatch a movie every day, which movie would you pick?

Baby Driver. I could watch it daily and never get bored of the soundtrack.

Which country is on the top of your travel bucket list?

Iceland. I love the snow, and seeing the Northern Lights would tick another thing off my bucket list too.

Tea or coffee?

Coffee, always.

Would you rather fight 100 duck-sized horses, or one horse-sized duck?

One horse-sized duck; I'd just need a giant loaf of bread to distract it first.

What 3 things would you take to a desert island?

An old iPod with all of my favourite albums loaded onto it, a copy of the Book Thief by Markus Zusak, and a big bottle of SPF 50.

What are you most excited about in your new role?

I'm really excited to get to know all of our clients personally and learn about their businesses - I love getting to know new people and hearing their stories. I'm also excited to help save people time and make their lives easier using the TimeKeeper system; I ran my own small business for 3 years, so I know how time consuming admin can be, and how many headaches it can create!
