March 2023 Pricing Update (New Customers Only)

Important notes on pricing for new TimeKeeper customers...

For the past 5 years, TimeKeeper has been continuously evolving and improving, adding new features to help make life easier in your business (such as our Leave management system and built-in Rota Planner). During this time, our prices haven't changed, in-fact TimeKeeper has always been one of the most cost effective options on the market.

To ensure we can continually re-invest into the product to build more useful features and maintain a great level of service going forward, we'll be increasing the subscription cost for new customer accounts only from the beginning of March.

Costs for all small businesses are increasing across the board, and that is true for TimeKeeper also. Our new pricing will maintain our standing as one of the most cost effective options on the market while helping to save your business money in lost time and payroll.

If you already have a TimeKeeper account, we'll continue to honour your current price and your monthly subscription will not increase. The new increased prices will only apply to new accounts which are upgraded after 1st March 2023.

If you are thinking of trying out TimeKeeper, now is the best time to do so, as you can lock in the current price of £3 per employee by upgrading prior to the 1st March 2023.

From the 1st March 2023, the cost of a monthly subscription (per employee) to TimeKeeper will be increasing to £3.50 for new customer accounts.

Our tiered pricing will also be updated, so new customers will pay:

  • £3.50 +VAT for the first 50 employees
  • £3.15 +VAT for employees 51-250
  • £2.80 +VAT for employees 251+
